it's a bit tricky as I request a code from the paperback edition be mailed to me at which point I "gift" the Kindle version to the buyer. But, I am guessing Amazon will catch on and make it seamless IF it catches on.
* A buyer can get both formats for one price, keep the format they prefer and send the other to a friend. Great when buying presents because everyone wants to buy themselves a present as well!
